• Landowner Camera Deployment:
• You have land, you want to know what wildlife is using it.
• We will scout your property and deploy cameras using our 20++ years experience in Game cameras.
  
• Photos of the wildlife captured will be uploaded to " the cloud" for you to download
• This can also detect unauthorised human activity on posted property.
  
• Two camera minimum deployment. $25/ camera/ month.
  
• This includes the use of camera, card, batteries, placement, map location and RWS agent monitoring the camera and uploading images to "the cloud"
• Limited to within 1 hour of Georges Mills NH
• Initial visit and walk through $150
  

• Hunting Area Consultation:


• We will analyze your hunting area WITH you and give you information that you can use!
• Note- per State law we cannot tell you exactly what tree to place your stand in or exact blind locations, just "general area" recommendations. We ARE allowed to help you analyze the sign and terrain and wind and give you a full understanding of how and when wildlife are using the area.
• $250.00 per day. A reasonable travel charge "may" be added if over 1 hour travel

• PRE Purchase Property Evaluation:
• Planning to buy land? Want to make sure that the property will have the wildlife potential you are hoping for? We can walk the property you are interested in WITH you and let you know if it will meet your goals. This is not as in depth as our Full Property Consultations
• $350.00+ depending upon the size and location of the property. A reasonable travel charge "may" be added if over 1 hour travel

• A FULL Property Consultation which includes:
  

• Overall Land Use and Habitat Plan
  
• Habitat Evaluation
• Wildlife activity
  
• Laboratory Soil Testing up to two soil samples included in price (more than 2 samples are $30.00 each). Properties 1,000 acres or more, the price includes up to five soil samples.
  
• Food Plot Planning, Design & Construction Suggestions or Facilitation
  
• GPS/Satellite imagery with points of interest flagged
  
• Timber Harvest Suggestions or Facilitation
• Fruit/ Mast Tree Suggestions
  
• Full Written (hard copy in a binder )Report with a 5 year plan
  
• Availability for unlimited followup questions via telephone, text or email
  

• Potential add ons: 
• Pre Season Camera Surveys of Wildlife,
  
• Tree planting/liberation/restoration,
  
• Detailed Property Scouting
• More than 2 soil samples tested
• Repeat in person visits (re-visits are generally $250+/- )
  


• $500.00 and up depending upon the location of property as well as any add ons. (this can take 1/2 a day up to several days depending upon property size).
  Properties 1,000 acres and up starting price is $1,000;
